The rooftop W Lounge bar, the WET Deck pool, and the boldly styled rooms attract a crowd that wants energy as much as comfort. It is the natural pick for guests who find the canal hotels a little too quiet and want Amsterdam's centre to feel alive around them.
I had such a wonderful visit at the W Hotel Amsterdam! From the moment I arrived, the entire team made me feel welcomed. The front desk staff and door staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely pleasant every time I passed through the lobby.
Fantastic hotel. Great service from all of the staff. They go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Great restaurants and breakfast with stunning views of the city. Amazing suite. High tech with its own movie theatre! One of the best rooms I’ve stayed in. Can’t beat the location. Walking distance to everything.
This is our second stay in 7 years. The property is unique and centrally located. Staff is superb and W Insiders were excellent and took great care of my wife and I extremely well. The Sunday afternoon champagne toast was launched during our stay and we loved it. The Duchess is great for relaxing dinner. Mr.Porter offered great breakfast snd offers steaks at night.
We stayed at the W Amsterdam for our anniversary, and Nicole at reception made our experience truly special. She was warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived, even offering us drinks and upgrading our room.
We would to thank the reception team for making our stay very special. It was my 65th birthday and they knew I served 30 years with Marriott International and our room was beautifully decorated and even a cake for my birthday. Well done team, great hospitality.
