These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the agreement between 10 Stays (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and hotels or accommodation providers (“you,” “your,” or “property”) who are featured on our curated hotel recommendation platform.

By confirming your participation and completing the payment, you agree to the following:

10 Stays provides a highly curated listing of selected hotels in key destinations. Properties are featured as part of a limited selection of up to 10 hotels per destination, based on our editorial and research-based curation process. This is a promotional and branding opportunity - not a booking or reservation service.

All payments are processed via Stripe and billed on a monthly basis. The subscription fee covers inclusion on the 10 Stays platform, including property profile presentation and imagery.

The service runs on a monthly subscription basis. Featured properties may cancel at any time using Stripe's customer portal or by notifying us via e-mail ([email protected]) Upon cancellation, your hotel will remain listed until the end of the current paid billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription term.

Due to the nature of digital promotional services, we do not offer refunds once a listing period has begun. We encourage you to reach out with any concerns so we can resolve them promptly.

In an event that we initiate a termination, we will always provide at least one month’s notice. The featured listing will remain active on our platform until the end of the final billed month, and no further charges will apply beyond that point. Termination may occur if the property no longer aligns with our platform’s standards or direction.
