We research every property in a destination, often several hundred,
and feature only ten.
As a destination's Smart Pick, your
hotel is one of them. It is presented exactly like the properties
beside it, in the same random order, with the same care. There is
only one Smart Pick per destination.

Written by our editorial team in the same format as every listing: your story, highlights, rooms, our verdict, guest reviews, location and contact details, with a gallery of your best photography.
Your place among the ten
Your hotel appears on the destination page next to the city's leading hotels, and on the 10 Stays homepage when it is newly added.
The “1 of 10” badge
Show your selection on your website, in guest emails and on social media with the official badge for your destination and year.
Direct bookings, no commission
Every “Book” button links straight to your own website or booking engine. We never take a cut of your bookings.
Traffic you can see
Visits from 10 Stays arrive tagged as utm_source=10stays, so they show up in your own analytics. Each month we also send a short summary of how often your page was viewed.
How it works
We find you
Hotels can't apply. We identify Smart Pick candidates through the same research and evaluation process as every other property, and only contact those that meet our standards.
You see it before you decide
We prepare a private preview of your page, so you can see exactly how your hotel would appear before committing to anything.
Simple terms
A modest monthly fee, agreed individually and billed through Stripe. Cancel any time; your listing stays live until the end of the paid month. Full details are in our terms.
Clearly marked, and worth more for it
Your listing is labelled “Smart Pick · Partner”. Being open about the partnership is what makes the label mean something: travellers know a Smart Pick passed the same evaluation as everyone else.
