It exceeded every expectation with such grace and charm it’s without a doubt the best place I’ve ever stayed in Berlin, and quite possibly anywhere in the world. Everything from the thoughtful attention to detail, to the warm ambiance and impeccable service made our stay feel truly magical.
The Schlosshotel Berlin by Patrick Hellmann is truely a wonderful hotel, characterized by exceptional hospitality for both guests and pets. The location is like a fairy tale near the beautiful Grunewald and several good restaurants and shops. The rooms are clean and the service at breakfast and dinner is tremendously polite and helpful.
An absolutely magical place! Everything is amazing here. Huge respect for the concept, passion and quality. Big hotel brands are no match for you, maybe because it is not a chain facility and you can put all your passion and energy into it. Keep it up, you are a role model and inspiration!
Very nice place in the middle of Berlin, it is in an old villa castle with very nice ceilings and walls, very nicely decorated. Service is also very good and it is quiet there enjoying on the terrace in the garden, with a nice glass of wine.
This is ONE amazing hotel. It was a palace in West Berlin which was completed in 1914. It was converted into a hotel in 1994. They provide A plus service, from the moment you walk through the doors. Everything about the hotel is elegant. Our room was spacious and beautiful. The outside gardens are lovely. We enjoyed spectacular buffet breakfasts every morning.
