We stayed two nights at The Ritz-Carlton Berlin with my wife, and the experience was truly spectacular from start to finish. We received a fantastic upgrade, for which we would especially like to thank the Club Lounge team. The Club Lounge is, without exaggeration, one of the best we have ever experienced. I absolutely love this hotel and its hospitality. This is the 3rd Ritz we’re staying in Europe and probably my favorite so far. The staff from the doorman to receptionist to the people at breakfast to room service, everyone is so friendly, professional and make my stay so enjoyable! Best hotel experience ever! This was my first time staying at a Ritz-Carlton, and I chose it to celebrate my 20-year work anniversary. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The front doorman, Patrick, and his team of friendly bell staff made me feel warmly welcomed, and the front desk greeted me with a glass of champagne.
Amazing experience. Leo was very accommodating with our check in. Cem & Jean-Paul were very nice in the Curtain Club. The room was exceptional. And the food was always delicious. I will always stay here every time i return to Berlin. Loved it.
