Beautiful hotel. Rooms were large with two double beds, table and chairs. It had tea/coffee making facilities with in room safe. The rooms were cleaned daily. Staff were warm and friendly at reception. The Concierge were excellent. Very knowledgeable on dining, transport, things to do and places to see. Very helpful.
I Stayed for the weekend with friends. from check-in through departure a real pleasure. It is nice when you get the service from a 5-star hotel. Smooth arrival, easy check-in. Room was ready with valet service. great room with a fantastic view over Tiergarten. It is very close to everything. had drinks in the bar. great service. Breakfast is crazy good with great choices and eggs to order.
We had a perfect stay. The breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious and spotless and the treatment from all workers could not have been better. The location, right in front of the train/metro/bus station, was extremely convenient. The hotel is in a lively area, with many clothing stores, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. nearby.
Wow an amazing stay. Great rooms and exquisite breakfast. Very nice wellness offer with a great person, it was one of the best massages ever. But most outstanding is the stuff, really taking care, friendly, helpfull. It gives you the feeling of been welcome.
We came here to celebrate my birthday and had the best experience. We booked one night with breakfast and dinner included in a Deluxe room with view over the church. The view from the room overlooking the church and the city of Berlin was absolutely stunning!
