"We loved our stay at this hotel. The bell service, front desk, and concierge were so polite and helpful. I knew it would be great service starting from the beginning when we were personally escorted up to our rooms to make sure everything was okay."

"Fabulous hotel. Best location. Terrific breakfast and attentive staff all around. I had 3 bookings because I couldn’t decide where to stay and I cancelled the other two. It’s no doubt I made the right choice. Our room was spacious and quiet. "

"This place is an overall 5 star rating. The location is about 1 block over and up from the Ponte Vecchio, so it is a little quieter and is on a cute little piazza. Service was outstanding and very helpful. They had several wheelchair ramps on upper floors and answered all my questions about wheelchair accessible rooms."
